Response to Chief Justice Diana Bryant, 'Courting Peace for Children' From: Sunday Herald Sun. May 03, 2009

In 2008 The Family Law Court of Australia left 2 0f my 3 Children in the care of a abusive Father. The Court found that in 2006, the Father made false child sex and physical abuse allegations. The Court found that the Father's conduct towards his Children & their Mother had been nothing short of, "despicable" and that it had been calculated at every turn to punish the Mother for leaving the relationship and it had been executed without the slightest regards for the proper interests of the Children. My ex-Husband used these insidious alienation tactics in the perjury free arena of our Family Court System. Parental Alienation is psychological child abuse. The Family Court must take a stand on "PARENTS", who use alienation tactics. Instead it has been my experience, that the Court System & it's legal culture facilitates the process of Parental alienation. Don't make this a gender issue!! The Family Court does not always act in the best interests of the Children!! This is not in the best interests of our Family!!
