My response to: Agony of children at divorce has clout
The Family Court did not recognise the "agony" children suffer during divorce in our families case. I want to tell Michael Green QC a family law expert who campainged for the Shared Parenting amendment enacted in 2006 - that the right of a Child to have a meaningful relationship with both parents after separation, is still being denied to myself and our Children due to the behaviour of my ex husband despite current court orders.
In 2006 my ex-husband maliciously made false sexual and physical child abuse allegations against me. I lost contact with all three of my Children.
In July 2008 a Family Court Judge left our two oldest Children in the care of their Father despite evidence of extreme psychological abuse.
My case demonstrates how a parent can exact revenge aided and abetted by zealous advocacy, legal loopholes and a lethargic, ill-equipped Family Court System. The Family Court's painstakingly slow process allowed our case to become an extreme case of Parental Alienation.
I am an alienated Australian Mum who grieves daily the loss of contact with two of my Children and for the separation of siblings.
As a practising visual Artist I am motivated to bring awareness to Parental Alienation and the Family Court System. With awareness comes education, and with education comes the power to stop mental and emotional abuse of YOUNG MANIPULATED CHILDREN.
